Having gained experience in all areas of criminal practice, Chris is now the most regularly instructed counsel in high profile appeal cases. He has been instructed in 10 appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council, the last two of which he appeared in as leading counsel and he has appeared in more than 250 reported cases. He is also instructed regularly in cases at first instance such as HMA v Fleming and HMA v Sinclair (the World’s End murders).
