Kelly Duling

Kelly graduated from the University of Iowa in 2001 with an honours degree in English and Comparative Literature. She began her JD at the University of South Dakota earning the top score prizes for Torts and Criminal Law before she was awarded her LLB with distinction from the University if Glasgow. She completed the Diploma in legal practice at the University of Aberdeen. After working for the Crown Office and as a Procurator Fiscal Depute, Kelly completed an LLM in International Criminal Law with a focus on Transnational Crime.
