Kelly Duling

Kelly graduated from the University of Iowa with a honours degree in Literature and Communication. She attended the School of Law at the University of South Dakota before transferring to the University of Glasgow where she attained her LLB and LLM in International Law.

Kelly has a wealth of experience in criminal trials, working for both the Crown and for the defence. She specialises in criminal trials involving children, vulnerable witnesses, vulnerable accused and mentally disordered o􀆯enders. She also specialises in children’s reporter referrals, fatal accident enquiries, criminal appeals and judicial review.
